We take the time to understand what you want
As a client of Hawksmoor, you will have a dedicated Investment Manager (supported by an investment assistant and administration team) who will take the time to understand your investment requirements and preferences.
We stay in contact with you
You can have regular meetings with your Investment Manager to review your ongoing requirements and to ensure your portfolio is still meeting your specific needs. You can always speak to your Investment Manager if you have any questions about your portfolio. Your Investment Manager will also send you quarterly investment reports, which include data showing the performance of your portfolio.
We keep your money safe
We outsource the safe custody of your investments to Pershing Securities Limited (Pershing), one of the most established UK custodian and settlement companies. Pershing Securities is a subsidiary of the Bank of New York Mellon which is the largest provider of custody services in the world. Your assets are held in a ring-fenced nominee account – Hawksmoor does not hold any client assets. Pershing Securities provides a comprehensive public indemnity policy to protect you against such events as fire, fraud or theft. Both Pershing Securities and Hawksmoor are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (further details of which can be found at www.fscs.org.uk).
