Hawksmoor is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Receptionist & Operations Assistant to support our expanding team at our Exeter office.
The role will involve undertaking reception and general office duties, which will include:
- switchboard duties
- processing incoming/outgoing post
- meeting room preparation
- assisting teams with administrative tasks and projects as required.
You will have a good level of office experience, ideally within a professional services environment.
In addition, the right candidate will be enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable, have a meticulous eye for detail, a good degree of numeracy, a working knowledge of Excel, very good communication skills (both written and spoken) and the ability to work successfully in a close-knit team.
