ISAs

Hawksmoor offers a Stocks-&-Shares ISA (we don’t offer a Cash-ISA) and we’re happy to accept transfers of both Stocks-&-Shares and Cash ISAs. ISA holdings are managed as an integral part of a portfolio and our clients normally ask us to use their annual ISA allowance within their portfolio.

Pensions & Offshore Bonds

Hawksmoor manages many pension portfolios for individuals and companies, so we have well-established arrangements with all the major providers, especially for Self Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs).

Also, we have custody and discretionary management agreements with most of the major insurance company providers of offshore bonds.

Trusts & Charities

Many of Hawksmoor’s clients hold substantial proportions of their assets in some form of trust. Given our solicitor roots, we are quite accustomed to the particular requirements of each category of trust or settlement, including charities. We are also quite used to working closely with trustees and their other professional advisers, helping trustees satisfy the increasingly onerous duties being laid upon them by recent legislation. Your investment manager will also be happy to attend trustees’ meetings as required.
