BEN CONWAY
Assistant Investment Manager
Ben was born in 1979 and graduated in 2002 from Trinity College, Cambridge with a degree in Economics.
He joined the graduate program of Deutsche Bank in London and specialised in Japanese equities having spent his gap year teaching English in rural Japan. He continued to advise clients on their Japanese equities investments on his move to Merrill Lynch in 2004.
In 2008 Ben left the City and moved to Sydney to help start-up an energy consultancy. Having enjoyed Australia's more laid back lifestyle for 2 years, Ben recently returned to the UK and relocated to the South West, joining Hawksmoor in July 2010.
Ben's interests include football, horse racing, reading and music. As a new resident of the South West he is looking forward to exploring the area with his wife Kate, who he married at the end of 2009.
