Trainee Investment Manager – Taunton

 

Hawksmoor’s Taunton office is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Trainee Investment Manager who is looking to build an exciting career in investment and contribute to our growing business in the region.

 

You will have an interest in, and a basic knowledge of, investment markets and securities. You will possess a good standard of numeracy, communication (both written and oral) and IT skills. It would be desirable for you to have a relevant degree or equivalent qualification.

 

The role will involve some operational as well as investment management tasks, and we will encourage and support the right candidate to achieve the necessary qualifications and experience to become a fully-fledged investment manager.

Research Assistant – Exeter

 

Hawksmoor’s Exeter office is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Research Assistant who is looking to build an exciting career in investment and contribute to our growing business in the region.

 

You will assist and support the Research Team in maintaining the investment process for Hawksmoor’s private client discretionary portfolios.

 

The role will also involve assisting with research projects as required, including performance analysis, quarterly model reviews, thematic research pieces, presentations, and the preparation of Committee papers.

 

You will have an interest in financial markets and securities and possess an excellent standard of numeracy. You will have strong inter-personal and communication skills (both written and oral). It would be desirable for you to have a relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
