Fund Management Assistant – Exeter


Hawksmoor’s Exeter office is looking to recruit a Team Assistant with enthusiasm and dedication to join our highly successful Fund Management Team to support the continuing growth of our business.


The role will involve providing administrative support to the Fund Management Team.  This will include: keeping paper and electronic records up to date, supporting business development activities by helping to prepare literature and presentations and liaising with Financial Advisers, clients, platforms and data providers.

Administration experience required, and experience within an investment-related financial services business would be an advantage, but not essential.  You will be educated at least to GCSE standard including English and Maths (at least grade B), but preferably to A-level standard.


In addition, the right candidate will be enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable, have a meticulous eye for detail, a good degree of numeracy, very good communication skills (both written and spoken) and the ability to work successfully in a close-knit team.


Part time hours, working Monday to Friday, would be considered.

Trainee Investment Manager – Taunton


Hawksmoor’s Taunton office is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Trainee Investment Manager who is looking to build an exciting career in investment and contribute to our growing business in the region.


You will have an interest in, and a basic knowledge of, investment markets and securities. You will possess a good standard of numeracy, communication (both written and oral) and IT skills. It would be desirable for you to have a relevant degree or equivalent qualification.


The role will involve some operational as well as investment management tasks, and we will encourage and support the right candidate to achieve the necessary qualifications and experience to become a fully-fledged investment manager.
